Low voltage halogen dichroic spot lamps. With GU5.3 base connector.
Both dichroic and aluminium. Dichroic lamps are designed to leat heat pass through the lamp, aluminium lamps are designed to reflect back as much heat as possible through the front of the lamp. Use aluminium lamps in fire rated fittings or where the ceiling void is very confined.

These GU5.3 lamps are MR16 which means that they are a mirrored reflector and sixteen eigths of an inch in diameter
